User Content

Booking the vehicle is the simple process, user supposed to fill the booking form provided here. The payment process is online. The user can do payment by using the credit/debit cards. The cards through which the user can do the payment are listed here. Users other than card holder also can do the payment to book the vehicle. For booking the vehicle the user needs to fill up details of cards and also the details of booking.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The online payment on TravelAjantaEllora is completely secure.TravelAjantaEllora uses the EBS payment gateway for online payment. EBS has a 12 bits SSL encryption technology compliant solution approved and certified by VeriSign. We ensure you that we will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail.

  • If in case the booked vehicle does not show up, a full refund will be made. In case despite our best effort to provide punctual service, an untoward event of delay in the service occurs, it can be made up by providing an alternate vehicle or full refund will be arranged as per informed choice.
  • Duty slip is to be filled by the customer, no disputes entertained. start and end km. calculated from and to our garage. Driving speed of the vehicle as per the directions of the local transport authority only. Parking charges, Tool and entry fees etc. to be paid by the customer.
  • On unavailability of the desired vehicle, a similar vehicle of other make or an upper-class vehicle will be provided at no extra charge. Insisting on traveling on UN motor-able bad roads will not be accepted.

Cancellation terms:

  • 48 hours before the booked time: No cancellation charge on change of booked date or total cancellation, 100% of the booked amount refunded.
  • 24 – 48 hours before the booked time: 50 % of the advance amount refunded.
  • 0 – 24 hours before the booked time: No refund.
  • The refunds will be made either by a cross cheque in the name of the customer only or by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests entertained.

Important Note:

  • One day means one calendar day ( from midnight 12 to midnight 12)
  • Km and Time are calculated from a garage to garage.
  • Parking, state and toll charges will be extra if applicable has to be paid by the customer.
  • Cabs that are booked for local use should not be used for out station.
  • The final travel cost would depend on actual distance traveled and total no. of days
  • AC will not work in hill areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
